At VCL, we believe that a warm welcome and meaningful connection can do more than just brighten a day—they can change a life. We are a community-focused social enterprise dedicated to supporting children and adults with disabilities through meaningful engagement, skill-building, and real employment pathways.
Our environment is a working space where individuals of all abilities can build confidence, develop practical skills, and take meaningful steps toward employment. Whether it’s a young person discovering new strengths or an adult pursuing a career in hospitality and service, we provide the training, mentorship, and supportive space to make it possible.
Pathways to Employment
Our signature Pathways to Employment program is designed to bridge the gap between aspiration and opportunity. Participants gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting—learning everything from customer service and teamwork to workplace communication and operational skills. We work closely with clients, carers, support workers, families, and NDIS partners to create individualized pathways that honor each person’s goals and abilities.
